Representative Holdings
Clients of Carr & Associates generally choose portfolios composed of either convertible bonds or convertible preferreds.  They can, however, request that their portfolios include both. (Note that new accounts in convertible preferreds are not being accepted at present due to a lack of appropriate investment opportunities to provide sufficient diversification. A list of our ten largest positions in convertible bonds is shown on the table below.  Portfolios usually contain some cash as well.  Holdings information is as of  December 31, 2007.
